“Navigation – Connecting, Accessing, Resourcing, and Engaging”
Nav-CARE is a national support program that puts trained volunteers with people and their families who may be experiencing quality of life concerns because of long term illness and/or declining health.
Volunteer Navigators are coordinated with seniors and invest energy with the client and their families to foster exceptional relationships with them. It could be as simple as listening to their stories, assisting with their day-to-day activities, assisting them in making difficult decisions, or guiding them through any challenges they may be facing.
If you are aware of someone you think would benefit from the Nav-CARE program, please contact us.
